Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and MyCleanText when you use our website, dashboard and messaging service.
Effective October 13, 2026
The short version: give us accurate information, only text people who agreed to hear from you, follow carrier rules, and honor STOP. We do the registration work and see it through review — but the carriers make the final call.
1. The service
These Terms are an agreement between you and JavierPhoto LLC, doing business as MyCleanText (“MyCleanText”, “we”, “us”). MyCleanText helps businesses and nonprofits register business texting numbers (10DLC, toll-free and short codes) with our messaging providers, the mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry, and provides a dashboard to send and manage text messages. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business or organization you register. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Accurate information
Everything you submit — legal name, EIN, address, contacts, use case, opt-in process and sample messages — must be true, complete and kept up to date. Registrations are reviewed against official records, and inaccurate information can lead to rejection, suspension or blocked numbers.
4. Consent and compliance
You are responsible for the messages you send and the people you send them to. You agree to:
- Text only people who have given you the consent required by law for the messages you send, and keep records of that consent.
- Follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM where it applies, state laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier and messaging-provider policies.
- Identify your business in your messages, honor STOP and other opt-out requests immediately, and answer HELP requests.
- Send only the kinds of messages described in your approved registration.
5. Prohibited content
You may not use MyCleanText for illegal, deceptive or harmful messages, including phishing, fraud, spam, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates carrier restrictions on high-risk categories (such as unlawful lending, illegal substances, and other prohibited content under carrier and messaging-provider policies). Age-restricted content requires the age-gating carriers require.
6. Registration and approval
We prepare your registration, file it, track the review and help resolve reviewer feedback. Approval decisions are made by the carriers, our messaging providers and The Campaign Registry. We do not guarantee approval, approval times, throughput, or delivery of any individual message.
7. Fees
Setup and registration are quoted per number before anything is filed. Carrier and registration fees are passed through at cost, and messages are billed per segment as shown before you send. Fees paid to carriers or registries are generally non-refundable, including when a registration is not approved. We commit 25% of our profit to ocean nonprofits, beginning with MyCleanOcean; this is our commitment and is not an additional charge to you.
8. Suspension
We may pause or stop messaging, or suspend an account, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the law or carrier rules, or if a carrier or messaging provider requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and how to fix it.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of your contact lists and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the contact information you upload.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Text messaging depends on third-party networks that we don’t control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCleanText is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold MyCleanText harmless from claims arising from your messages, your contact lists, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
12. Changes and ending
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new date and tell account holders about material changes. You can close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as fees owed, liability and indemnity) survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
14. MyCleanText text updates
Program name: MyCleanText updates. Description: if you sign up at mycleantext.com/sms or in your account, MyCleanText sends you text messages about your number applications and registrations, your account, replies to your support requests, and occasional product news. Frequency: about 1–4 messages a month; frequency varies. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Help: reply HELP, or email support@mycleantext.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
